Heel Rest:

On steep climbs, calf muscles tire quickly and traction decreases as your foot hugs the angle of the slope. The heel lift bar alleviates fatigue and links directly to the advanced rear traction for added grip.

A safe foot on two planes, the Twin-Trac™ toe cleat uses a solid row of front spikes and two side teeth to keep your foot from twisting.
