Our exchange program 

What is the exchange program? 

Collect sports equipment you no longer use and trade it in at Sport Échange Outaouais. We offer in-store credits on a wide variety of sporting goods. 

When can I come in to exchange my items?

This program is available every day but we only accept items for the current season. No appointment is necessary, just come in and we will guide you through the process.

How is the equipment evaluated?

During your visit, your equipment will be evaluated based on its condition, initial value and demand. We take back items with little wear and tear in order to offer quality items to our customers. A supervisor will evaluate your equipment and determine the amount of store credit you will receive in exchange. 

How long is the credit valid?

Once the trade-in is complete, you can browse our wide variety of new and used sports equipment to use your credit the same day or at any other time that is convenient for you. There is no expiration on the credits offered. 

What can the credit be applied to?

The answer is simple, credits can be used on any product or service offered in store. The credits are deducted from the total amount of the invoice at checkout. Credits cannot be used on online purchases at this time. 

Can I use a lost or stolen credit?

Credits are not replaceable if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Credit must be presented at checkout at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to a past transaction. 

Does the credit have to be used in full at one time?

No, if the amount of your credit is greater than the amount of your purchase, we will issue a new credit with the remaining balance.  This new credit will not have an expiration date and can be applied to a transaction at another time of your choosing.
